HEYGATE ESTATE

Desolate abandoned housing estate in South East London, built in the 1970s in a post war mind set for utopian urban living. 

Now 1,200 flats are empty and about to be demolished. 

It is now a safe haven for graffiti artists, film makers, photographers & squatters...

And a great example of some of London's urban decay.
